Flex Studio is your local San Antonio fitness studio specializing in CrossFit Strength and Conditioning and our high intensity Cardio Latino/Zumba, Combat Step, Cardio Boxing, and Yoga classes.  Our CrossFit class is a unique style of training that is constantly varied, high intensity, and is aimed at improving functional movements that are used in everyday life.  The program provides comprehensive physical fitness and encourages a healthy lifestyle that is infinitely scalable to any person who walks through the door.

Flex Studio programs are limited to small groups of people – this increase personal attention by the coach for each client. Flex Studio is all of the benefits of personal training at half the cost! Our Latino Dance, Zumba , and Hip Hop classes are run by Davida LaHood which is the best instructor in the San Antonio Area. Her passion for dance and high energy are extremely motivating and make her classes more about having fun while working out.

Our Combat Aerobic step and Cardio Boxing classes are lead by soon to be retired Rondo Garza who has served over 25 years in the military and his passion is Combat Step aerobics that is done with military count and cadences and Cardio Boxing.
